You can select any or all of the components listed below to customize our systems
to your needs. Our simple yet effective program includes:
The Initial Phone Consultation
In this complimentary phone call we discuss your organizing
needs and what we each might expect from working together.
The Office Assessment
In your office, we spend 60 to 90 minutes discovering your challenges
and setting up a customized organizing strategy and master plan
for you.
Hands-on Office Sessions
We work on your desk, filing systems, work systems, and office
layout to produce maximum results. We can work with you or independently,
depending on your situation and preferences.
Making Your Calendar Work for You
As part of your master plan, we can coach you on Time Management
and Goal Setting. This consultation typically takes place over
the telephone.
Staying Organized: Your Office Maintenance Program
Lasting transformation takes time and practice. As we work with
you, we teach you skills to assist you in your change process.
Many clients find that it is also helpful to call us in for
periodic (i.e., every 3 to 9 months) Office Tune-ups.
This maintenance program enables you to stay organized easily.
